You may return an item if:

It was purchased directly from Halality.com

It is unused, in its original condition and packaging

The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the wrong product was delivered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return

We do not accept returns for:

Perishable food items

Opened or used personal products (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene-related items)

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

We only replace items if they are:

Defective

Damaged

Incorrect
